Programme Rules

Each employee receives an individual Anniversary Points allocation determined by MTN HR. Allocations differ between employees and are private to you.

You have one year from the launch of the platform to redeem your points. Unredeemed points expire at the end of the window and cannot be reinstated.

Any combination of items, gift vouchers, lifestyle benefits and experiences in the catalogue, up to your available balance. New items are added as suppliers make them available.

This allocation is provided by MTN exclusively for redemption through the MTN @ 30 Rewards Platform. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.

Items are subject to supplier availability. If an item cannot be supplied, you may be offered a substitute of similar value, or the points will be returned to your balance. You can ask to be notified when an out-of-stock item returns.

Orders are collected at your chosen pickup location once HR confirms they are ready. Bring a valid ID and your pickup PIN. If someone collects on your behalf, they must present their own ID and your PIN.

Reselling redeemed items, sharing accounts or attempting to obtain more than your allocation is not permitted and may result in forfeiture.
