Privacy Policy

Your name, staff or agent number, work email, phone number, division, selected pickup location, points allocation, redemption history, and any collector you designate.

To verify your eligibility, show your balance, process redemptions, notify you by SMS and email when orders are ready, confirm collection, and report programme totals to MTN HR in aggregate.

Authorised MTN HR administrators and the Zished fulfilment team. Other employees never see your balance or what you have redeemed. Service providers used to deliver messages (email and SMS) process only what is needed to reach you.

Access is protected by individual accounts, role-based permissions and row-level database rules. Collections require a one-time pickup PIN and ID verification.

Records are kept for the duration of the anniversary programme and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit and reconciliation purposes.
